  WB analysis using 84102-5-RR (same clone as 84102-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84102-5-RR (TSEN34 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84102-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using TSEN34 antibody (84102-5-RR, Clone: 241155G4 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84102-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 84102-5-RR (same clone as 84102-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TSEN34 Recombinant antibody (84102-5-RR, Clone:241155G4) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84102-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84102-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84102-5-RR against Human TSEN34 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.01 nM.

The human tRNA splicing endonuclease consists of a heterotetramer complex formed by the four TSEN proteins, which were identified by homology with their yeast counterparts.
