  WB analysis using 67381-1-Ig (same clone as 67381-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67381-1-Ig (TSG101 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TSG101 Monoclonal antibody (67381-1-Ig, Clone:2B7G8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (65124-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-21). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). TSG101(Tumor susceptibility gene 101 protein) is essential for endosomal sorting, membrane receptor degradation and the final stages of cytokinesis. It plays a crucial role for cell proliferation and cell survival. TSG101 has been identified as a candidate tumor suppressor gene and belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. TSG101 is a marker for exosome. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular mass of 44 and 32 kDa.
