  FC experiment of HUVEC using 98247-1-RR (same clone as 98247-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or IL-4, TNF-α and BFA-treated HUVEC cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TSLP Rabbit RecAb (98247-1-RR, Clone: 241821B2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98247-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98247-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98247-1-RR against Human TSLP were performed. The affinity constant is 2.85 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

TSLP is a hemopoietic cytokine proposed to signal through a heterodimeric receptor complex composed of the thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor and the IL-7R alpha chain, it mainly impacts myeloid cells and induces the release of T cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and enhances the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. Another isoform of this protein may act as an antimicrobial peptide in the oral cavity and on the skin (PMID: 24850429).
