  WB analysis of HeLa using 31797-1-AP

  WB result of TTC9C antibody (31797-1-AP; 1:400; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TTC9C transfected HeLa cells.

  WB analysis using 31797-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31797-1-AP (TTC9C antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of hTERT-RPE1 using 31797-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed hTERT-RPE1 cells using TTC9C antibody (31797-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CoraLite®594 ARL13B antibody (CL594-17711, red).
