  WB analysis using 31797-1-AP (same clone as 31797-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31797-1-AP (TTC9C antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31797-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 31797-1-AP (same clone as 31797-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 31797-1-AP (TTC9C antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31797-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using TTC9C antibody (31797-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31797-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of hTERT-RPE1 using 31797-1-AP (same clone as 31797-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed hTERT-RPE1 cells using TTC9C antibody (31797-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CoraLite®594 ARL13B antibody (CL594-17711, red).
