  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26730-1-AP (TUFM antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 26730-1-AP (TUFM antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using TUFM antibody (26730-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 26730-1-AP

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human TUFM (26730-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

TUFM, also named as Elongation factor Tu, mitochondrial, is a 452 amino acid protein, which contains 1 tr-type G (guanine nucleotide-binding) domain and belongs to the TRAFAC class translation factor GTPase superfamily. TUFM localizes in the Mitochondrion and promotes the GTP-dependent binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A-site of ribosomes during protein biosynthesis.
