  WB analysis using 16412-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16412-1-AP (TYK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 16412-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue slide using 16412-1-AP (TYK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A549 using 16412-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using TYK2 antibody (16412-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Jurkat-Zellen, RAW 264.7-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A549-Zellen
