  WB analysis using 29213-1-AP

  U-251 cell lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 29213-1-AP (TYW3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of U2OS using 29213-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using TYW3 antibody (29213-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).
