  FC experiment of RAW 264.7 using 98114-1-RR (same clone as 98114-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98114-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) (red) or Isotype Control (blue) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 untreated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98114-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98114-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98114-1-RR against Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.442 nM.

Tissue Factor (TF), also named CD142, coagulation factor III or F3, is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation cascade and plays an essential role in hemostasis (PMID: 26877187; PMID: 33796108).
