  1x10^6 untreated or LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) (red) or Isotype Control (blue) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 untreated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98114-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98114-1-RR against Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.442 nM.
