  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28005-1-AP (Tissue Factor antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 28005-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 28005-1-AP (Tissue Factor antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Normal blood coagulation is a complex process, involving a cascade of activation of different plasma proteins, ultimately resulting in the formation of a clot, called fibrin. Tissue Factor (TF), also named Coagulation factor III or F3, is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation cascade and plays an essential role in hemostasis (PMID: 26877187; PMID: 33796108).
