  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 20287-1-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20287-1-AP (Trappc9,NIBP antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 20287-1-AP

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20287-1-AP (Trappc9,NIBP antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
