  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17713-1-AP (UBE2J2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Pretty good antibody. Quite a few background bands, but can see specific band depletes with knockout.
