  WB analysis using 11834-3-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11834-3-AP (UBE2K antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11834-3-AP (UBE2K antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Gliomgewebe, humanes Schilddrüsenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
