  WB analysis using 12333-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12333-1-AP (UBE3C antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 12333-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12333-1-AP (UBE3C Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 12333-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human normal stomach slide using 12333-1-AP (UBE3C antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HepG2-Zellen, Mauslebergewebe, Rattenlebergewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
