  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13568-1-AP (UBQLN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse testis using 13568-1-AP

  IP result of anti-UBQLN3 (IP:13568-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:13568-1-AP 1:800) with mouse testis tissue lysate 6000ug.

UBQLN3(Ubiquilin-3) may interact with the testis-specific cyclin A1 and regulate cell cycle progression during spermatogenesis, as does frog Xdrp1, with which UBQLN3 shares sequence similarity(PMID:10831842).UBQLN3 expression is not observed in mouse eye, thyroid, pancreas,smooth muscle, ovary, submaxillary gland, uterus, and epididymis by northern blot(PMID:10831842 ).
