  WB analysis of mouse testis using 23372-1-AP (same clone as 23372-1-PBS)

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23372-1-AP (UBQLN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23372-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

UBQLN3(Ubiquilin-3) may interact with the testis-specific cyclin A1 and regulate cell cycle progression during spermatogenesis, as does frog Xdrp1, with which UBQLN3 shares sequence similarity(PMID:10831842).UBQLN3 expression is not observed in mouse eye, thyroid, pancreas,smooth muscle, ovary, submaxillary gland, uterus, and epididymis by northern blot(PMID:10831842 ).
