  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12271-1-AP (UCK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Uridine/cytidine kinase-1 is a pyrimidine ribonucleoside kinase that catalyzes the phosphorylation of uridine and cytidine to form uridine monophosphate (UMP) and cytidine monophosphate (CMP). The deduced 277-amino acid protein has a calculated molecular mass of 31 kDa. UCK1 belongs to the uridine kinase family and UCK have important roles for the phosphorylation of nucleoside analogs that may be important in chemotherapy of cancer.

This antibody is good considering the low expression of UCK1 protein. I could see a thick band that corresponds with UCK1 MW.
