  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10750-1-AP (UCP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

I think the antibody was not that specific for our target in A549 cells, and the western blot didn't work. we got a lot of unspecific bands
