  WB analysis using 16661-1-AP

  Rat liver lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16661-1-AP (UGT2B7 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 16661-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16661-1-AP (UGT2B7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of rat liver using 16661-1-AP

  IP result of anti-UGT2B7 (IP:16661-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:16661-1-AP 1:3000) with rat liver tissue lysate 4000 ug.
