  WB analysis using 15479-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15479-1-AP (UNC45A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 15479-1-AP

  WB result of UNC45A antibody (15479-1-AP; 1:4000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-UNC45A transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  IP experiment of HeLa using 15479-1-AP

  IP result of anti-UNC45A (IP:15479-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15479-1-AP 1:300) with HeLa cells lysate 1600 ug.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Zervixgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:10-1:100
