  WB analysis of HeLa using 22068-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22068-1-AP (UNC5A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, MCF-7-Zellen, PC-3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Hirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: MCF-7-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Hintergrundinformationen

UNC5A, also named as KIAA1976 and UNC5H1, belongs to the unc-5 family. It is a receptor for netrin required for axon guidance. It mediates axon repulsion of neuronal growth cones in the developing nervous system upon ligand binding. Axon repulsion in growth cones may be caused by its association with DCC that may trigger signaling for repulsion. It also acts as a dependence receptor required for apoptosis induction when not associated with netrin ligand.
