  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31574-1-AP (UNK antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

UNK gene encodes a zinc finger/RING domain containing protein, as a negative regulator of the timing of photoreceptor differentiation.
