  WB analysis of U2OS using 14186-1-AP

  U2OS cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14186-1-AP (UPP1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of SGC-7901 using 14186-1-AP

  SGC-7901 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14186-1-AP (UPP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse small intestine using 14186-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse small intestine tissue slide using 14186-1-AP (UPP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: U2OS-Zellen, SGC-7901-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Dünndarmgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
