  WB analysis using 83667-2-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83667-2-RR (UQCRC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 83667-2-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 83667-2-RR (UQCRC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer(pH9).

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83667-2-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug UQCRC2 Recombinant antibody (83667-2-RR, Clone:240454D9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83667-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83667-2-RR against Human UQCRC2 were performed. The affinity constant is 21.8 nM.

UQCRC2(Ubiquinol-cytochrome-c reductase complex core protein 2) is also named as complex III subunit 2,core protein II and belongs to the UQCRC2/QCR2 subfamily. The bc1 complex contains 11 subunits: 3 respiratory subunits (cytochrome b, cytochrome c1 and Rieske/UQCRFS1), 2 core proteins (UQCRC1/QCR1 and UQCRC2/QCR2) and 6 low-molecular weight proteins (UQCRH/QCR6, UQCRB/QCR7, UQCRQ/QCR8, UQCR10/QCR9, UQCR11/QCR10 and a cleavage product of Rieske/UQCRFS1) and is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. This protein distributes in mitochondrion inner membrane, peripheral membrane protein and matrix side.
