  WB analysis using 67917-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67917-1-Ig (USP10 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

  WB result of USP10 antibody (67917-1-Ig; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-USP10 transfected MCF-7 cells.

Hintergrundinformationen

USP10, a cytoplasmic ubiquitin-specific protease, deubiquitinates p53, reversing Mdm2-induced p53 nuclear export and degradation. After DNA damage, USP10 is stabilized, and a fraction of USP10 translocates to the nucleus to activate p53. The translocation and stabilization of USP10 is regulated by ATM -mediated phosphorylation of USP10 at Thr42 and Ser337. (PMID: 20096447, PMID: 26876938)
