  WB analysis using 67746-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67746-1-Ig (USP14 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67746-1-Ig (USP14 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 67746-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using USP14 antibody (67746-1-Ig, Clone: 3B12G3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

Hintergrundinformationen

USP14(Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 14) is also named as TGT and belongs to the peptidase C19 family. Mammalian USP14 is unique among known UBP enzymes in that it is activated catalytically upon specific association with the 26S proteasome. USP14 inhibition accelerated the degradation of oxidized proteins and enhanced resistance to oxidative stress.
