  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12490-1-AP (USP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

USP3(Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 3) belongs to the peptidase C19 family. It may regulate the DNA damage response (DDR) checkpoint through deubiquitination of H2A at DNA damage sites. USP3 is implicated as a novel chromatin modifier in the maintenance of genome integrity. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
