  WB analysis using 68165-1-Ig (same clone as 68165-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using USP36 antibody (68165-1-Ig, Clone: 1A1B3 ) at dilution of 1:800 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68165-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 68165-1-Ig (same clone as 68165-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug USP36 Monoclonal antibody (68165-1-Ig, Clone:1A1B3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68165-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

USP36 (Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 36) is also named as KIAA1453, FLJ12851, DUB1 and belongs to the peptidase C19 family. It regulates the transcription and processing of rRNA by deubiquitylating various proteins involved in these processes, and the aberrant nucleolar structure in its absence is secondary to deficient ribosome biogenesis. USP36 plays a crucial role in regulating the structure and function of nucleoli (PMID:19208757). The ubiquitin-specific protease that is required in germline, epithelial, and intestinal stem cells (PMID:19039105). USP36 can be detected in 150 kDa (PMID:33852194)
