  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 17767-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17767-1-AP (USP38 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of K-562 using 17767-1-AP

  IP result of anti-USP38 (IP:17767-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:17767-1-AP 1:500) with K-562 cells lysate 3200ug.

Ubiquitin specific peptidase 38 (USP38) is a negative regulator of type I IFN signaling. USP38 can strongly induced the degradation of the active form of TBK1 after viral infection. USP38 may play a critical role in the maintenance of the balance between innate immune responses and tolerance through dynamic ubiquitin editing of TBK1 in response to viral infection and perhaps other infectious diseases or cancer.
