  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83846-1-RR (USP53 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83846-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

Ubiquitin specific peptidase 53 (USP53) was originally discovered in cholestasis, and its tumor suppressive effects have recently been reported in various cancers. Zhao et al. showed that USP53 interacted with FKBP51 in lung adenocarcinoma cells, and induced apoptosis via the AKT pathway. Furthermore, USP53 inhibited the progression of clear cell renal cell carcinoma by suppressing the nuclear factor κB (NF‐κB) pathway. (PMID: 35654790)
