  WB analysis using 27791-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27791-1-AP (USP8 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 27791-1-AP

  WB result of USP8 antibody (27791-1-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-USP8 transfected HeLa cells.

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 27791-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27791-1-AP (USP8 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
