  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-11474

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 UTP14A antibody (CL488-11474) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-11474

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Utp14a Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-11474)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
