  WB analysis using 15931-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15931-1-AP (ValRS antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of HeLa using 15931-1-AP

  IP result of anti-ValRS (IP:15931-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15931-1-AP 1:4000) with HeLa cells lysate 1440 ug.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 15931-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 15931-1-AP (ValRS antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:2000-1:12000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
