  WB analysis using 22016-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22016-1-AP (VAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe, humanes Hirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Antibody worked well for western blot. Used with 1:2000 dilution in 5% milk in BSA, with overnight incubation at 4C.
