  WB analysis using 30291-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30291-1-AP (VAV3 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using VAV3 antibody (30291-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 30291-1-AP

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human VAV3 (30291-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Hintergrundinformationen

Vav3, a member of Dbl family which is also the activator of GTP kinase of Rho family, can activate the expression of RhoA, Racl and Cdc42 (PMID:28285969). Vav3 is associated with tumor growth, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis (PMID:28285969). Vav3 is a multiple function protein with both signaling molecule and coactivator activities. Vav3 oncogene is overexpressed in androgen-independent prostate cancer cells relative to their androgen-dependent counterparts and contribute to development of hormone refractory prostate cancer (PMID:21455584).
