  WB analysis of HeLa using 83919-3-RR (same clone as 83919-3-PBS)

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83919-3-RR (VISTA antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83919-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83919-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83919-3-RR against Human VISTA were performed. The affinity constant is 6.56 nM.
