  FC experiment of human peripheral blood leukocytes using 98109-1-RR (same clone as 98109-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human peripheral blood leukocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human VISTA Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98109-1-RR, Clone:241003C8) (red) or Isotype Control (blue) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98109-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98109-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98109-1-RR against Human VISTA were performed. The affinity constant is 0.933 nM.
