  1x10^6 human peripheral blood leukocytes were surface stained with 5 ul APC Anti-Human VISTA Rabbit RecAb (APC-FcA98109, Clone:241003C8) or 5 ul APC Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (APC-FcA98136, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were not fixed.
