  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse stomach tissue slide using 21056-1-AP (VSIG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

VSIG2, also known as CTXL (cortical thymocyte-like protein), belongs to the V-Set and immunoglobulin (Ig) domain-containing (VSIG) family. The VSIG family is also a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF). VSIG2 has been recognized as a novel immune checkpoint that plays a role in regulating immune response. VSIG2 was associated with the development and progression of colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and could be used as a potential biomarker(PMID: 34290531;PMID: 37626304).
