I checked nine WASp Abs from 4 different companies for ELISA and EMSA super-shift. Among them this proteintech WASp Ab showed wonderful result for ELISA as well as was the only Ab that showed shifted bands of WASp binding complex.My colleague used this Ab for western and got a beautiful result.
