  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24874-1-AP (WDR81 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24874-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse cerebellum tissue using WDR81 antibody (24874-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24874-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 24874-1-AP (same clone as 24874-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using WDR81 antibody (24874-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24874-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
