  IHC staining of mouse colon using 14658-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 14658-1-AP (WIBG antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of U2OS using 14658-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using WIBG antibody (14658-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red).
