  WB analysis using 30518-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30518-1-AP (WNT8A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 30518-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 30518-1-AP (WNT8A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Sodium Citrate buffer (pH 6.0).

  IF Staining of HCT 116 using 30518-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HCT 116 cells using WNT8A antibody (30518-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

WNT8A,also named as WNT8D, belongs to the Wnt family of secreted signaling proteins. It is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. These have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. WNT8A may play an important role in the development and differentiation of certain forebrain structures, notably the hippocampus.
