  WB analysis using 26605-1-AP

  Untreated, PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated NK-92 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26605-1-AP (Lymphotactin antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 26605-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 26605-1-AP (XCL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated NK-92 cells
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
