  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84859-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84859-3-RR against Human YARS were performed. The affinity constant is 0.414 nM.

Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase (YARS) is responsible for tyrosyl-tRNA aminoacylation. The functional enzyme exists as a homodimer, has potent leukocyte and monocyte chemotaxis activity, and stimulates production of myeloperoxidase, tumor necrosis factor-α, and tissue factor.
