  WB analysis of HeLa using 25537-1-AP

  WB result of YTHDF3-specific antibody (25537-1-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-YTHDF3-specific transfected HeLa cells.

YTHDF3, also named as YTH domain-containing family protein 3, is a 585 amino acid protein, which contains 1 YTH domain. YTHDF3 specifically recognizes and binds N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-containing RNAs. M6A is a modification present at internal sites of mRNAs and some non-coding RNAs and plays a role in the efficiency of mRNA splicing, processing and stability. Our antibody 25537-1-AP specially reacts with YTHDF3 protein.

Antibody works in WB, ICC and IHC. ICC with antibody diluted in 5% goat serum in PBST, with 2 h incubation at RT. Cytoplasmic staining and recognises stress granules. WB with antibody diluted in 4% milk in TBST, ON incubation. Also gave what looks like specific signal in mouse spinal cord (IHC, both DAB and fluorescence).
