  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23958-1-AP (ZBBX antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 23958-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 23958-1-AP (ZBBX antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

ZBBX (Zinc finger B-box domain-containing protein 1) contains a classic B-box-type zinc-finger (B-box1) motif that adopts a C6H2 zinc-binding fold and is therefore predicted to bind zinc ions and mediate protein-protein or protein-nucleic acid interactions. ZBBX was implicated previously by a de novo deletion in a male ADHD proband, and separately by a CNV gain disrupting ZBBX (PMID: 21832240).
