  WB analysis of Raji using 83507-2-RR

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83507-2-RR (ZC3H12D antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83507-2-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ZC3H12D Recombinant antibody (83507-2-RR, Clone:240464C5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83507-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83507-2-RR against Human ZC3H12D were performed. The affinity constant is 0.343 nM.

ZC3H12D, also named as MCP induced protein 4, is a 527 amino acid protein, which contains one C3H1-type zinc finger and belongs to the ZC3H12 family. ZC3H12D exists as three isoforms and localizes in the cytoplasm. ZC3H12D may regulate cell growth likely by suppressing RB1 phosphorylation and serves as a tumor suppressor in certain leukemia cells. ZC3H12D is expressed in normal human lymphocytes but defective in some leukemia/lymphoma cell lines.
