  WB analysis using 68268-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68268-1-Ig (ZHX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  WB result of ZHX2 antibody (68268-1-Ig; 1:24000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ZHX2 transfected HEK-293 cells.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using ZHX2 antibody (68268-1-Ig, Clone: 4E12F2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

Zinc fingers and homeoboxes protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZHX2 gene. ZHX2 Act as a transcriptional repressor, represses the promoter activity of the CDC25C gene stimulated by NFYA (PMID:12741956). In addition to forming homodimers, this protein heterodimerizes with member 1 of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes family.
